• You lead, plan, execute, and deliver complex data projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• You provide technical, professional, and personal support to your team members.
• You cooperate closely with your colleagues from the Data Visualization, Digital Analytics, and Data Science teams to develop innovative solutions.
• You create impactful presentations and deliver insightful training sessions and workshops for both clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• A degree from a university or technical college in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience as a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist within the marketing sector.
• Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining marketing measurement frameworks and controlled experiments.
• Experience in building or working with attribution models, marketing mix models, and incrementality testing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and either Python or R.
• Good project management skills, excellent analytical abilities, and strong communication skills.
• Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken.
