Unterstützung mit Microsoft 365 in Implementierung und Nutzung

Für eine kleine Organisation (35 Microsoft 365 Business Standard Lizenzen) benötigen wir Unterstützung bei der Schulung unserer Mitarbeiter in der korrekten Verwaltung/Benutzung von Microsoft 365. Dies umfasst die folgenden Schritte:
• Unterstützung beim Einrichten neuer PCs mit neuen Mitarbeitern
• Einrichtung der Synchronisierung zwischen One Drive/Teams/Sharepoint-Ordnern mit lokalen PCs
• Einrichten von gemeinsamen und individuellen Ordnern in einem Laufwerk
• E-Mail-Migration zwischen E-Mail-Konten
• Einrichten aller PCs und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei der Migration von alten zu neuen PCs
• Schulung des Teams (und des Managements) zur optimalen Nutzung von Microsoft 365
Wir suchen jemanden oder ein Team, der/das uns zu Beginn des Projekts etwas intensiver unterstützt und dann langfristig fortlaufende Unterstützung benötigt.

Support with Microsoft 365 in a small organization

For a small organization (35 Microsoft 365 Business Standard licenses), we need support with the clean implementation of Microsoft 365. We already have an installation but quite a few of us struggle with correct use of the system such as sync of one drive with local pc and other issues.

We need support in training our staff in correct adminstration/usage of Microsoft 365. This involves the following steps:
• Support Set-Up of new PCs with new Employees
• Set-Up of Sync between One Drive/Teams/Sharepoint Folders with local PCs
• Set-Up shared and individual folders in one drive
• Email Migration between mail accounts
• Set-Up all PCs and help employees migrate from old to new PCs
• Train team (and management) on optimal usage of Microsoft 365
We are looking for someone or a team to help us a bit more intensely at the beginning of the project and then we will need long-term ongoing support.

You need to speak english AND GERMAN.
