The company is made up of people with a large client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change. We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Senior Microsoft CRM Dynamics Consultant.

Responsibilities

Conducting client meetings (onsite and remote)
Analyzing and documenting business requirements
Preparing a work pipeline for the implementation team
Advising on solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Challenging client ideas when necessary and proposing optimal approaches
Collaborating with the implementation team and participating in project planning
Regular visits to the client’s office in Herford, Germany

Requirements

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (consulting, implementations, business analysis)
Strong knowledge of business processes and ability to analyze them
Hands-on experience working directly with clients (workshops, meetings, presentations)
Excellent communication, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
Native-level German (mandatory)
English – a plus
Preferably based in Germany (to enable easy travel to clients and occasional presence in Herford office)
