A fast-growing company is currently building a new mobile development team and is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer (m/f/d) to play a key role in shaping their mobile product. This position offers the opportunity to take on real responsibility from day one, actively contribute to both technical and product decisions, and work in a collaborative, agile environment.


Responsibilities
• Develop and continuously enhance a cross-platform mobile app using Flutter
• Design and implement modern, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces
• Build custom Flutter widgets to support scalable, reusable UI components
• Address bugs and optimize app performance across devices
• Take ownership of development tasks and proactively manage ticket delivery
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
• Offer suggestions for architectural improvements and workflow optimization
• Operate with a high level of autonomy while remaining a supportive team player


Candidate Profile
• Brings extensive experience in mobile app development using Flutter and Dart
• Demonstrates strong familiarity with both iOS and Android platforms
• Has hands-on experience with Kotlin and Swift
• Comfortable using GitHub, Android Studio, and common ticketing tools
• Experienced in the app publishing process for Google Play and the Apple App Store
• Capable of making project-level changes within Xcode
• Bonus: exposure to Ruby on Rails and/or the Shape Up methodology
• Communicates confidently in English, both written and spoken
• Brings a proactive, ownership-driven approach to work
• Values collaboration and thrives in a team-oriented environment
