Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• Higher secondary education with vocational training leading to technical certification and 3 years of relevant experience or secondary education with advanced training and 5 years of relevant experience ;
• Hands-on experience with HP Aruba and Cisco-based network environments ;
• Familiarity with Layer 2/3 networking, wireless technologies, and structured cabling.

Duties/role:

• Perform ing routine and advanced maintenance on HP Aruba and Cisco network equipment ;
• Apply ing standard configurations to switches, routers, and wireless access points ;
• Monitor ing network performance and escalate anomalies using approved tools.
