Overview

Baldur Connect is acting as a Recruitment Partner for the role. The role is with a high-growth SaaS company that’s scaling quickly across Europe. Their products support small and mid-sized businesses with modern digital solutions — and the platform already serves millions of users.

They’re looking for a Senior Node.js Engineer to take ownership of backend systems and guide a small, international dev team (6-8 engineers). This position can be either Full-time or Part-time.

Responsibilities

Build & scale Node.js/TypeScript architecture (MongoDB, REST APIs, Docker, Git)
Guide code reviews, standups & provide technical guidance
Work closely with the current lead engineer to shape product strategy

Strong Node.js/TypeScript (must-have)
