The position can be filled on an 80-100% basis.**As RaiseNow's Senior Online Marketing Manager (f/d/m), you will continuously optimize our website, analyze and measure our market position, and carry out successful online marketing campaigns. You will have a keen eye for measurable visibility and successful lead generation. In our 4-person marketing team, you will report directly to our Head of Marketing, Inga.Responsibilities* You continuously **optimize our RaiseNow website** through tracking, reporting, A/B testing, and conversion rate improvements* You plan, manage, and optimize **paid online marketing campaigns** (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads* You bring **SEO and SEA strategies** to life so that our brand is visible and our traffic grows* You use **HubSpot** effectively for lead management and reporting* You track your most important **KPIs** independently, optimize them, and make data-driven decisions. A **measurable ROI**is particularly important to you* You will successfully **relaunch the new website** for our Koalect brand* You**enjoy working in a team**.
