Role Overview:

Are you a search specialist ready to take the next step in your career? At Incubeta, you'll be the go-to expert for our Northern European and DACH clients, leading end-to-end solutions from high-level strategic planning to hands-on execution. You'll work with some of the biggest names in the industry, guiding their business success across Google's paid advertising platforms with a primary focus on paid search.

As a Senior Paid Search Specialist, you will lead the paid search strategy and act as the primary subject matter expert for paid search, creating and executing innovative strategies that drive client growth and profitability.

You deliver end-to-end solutions and oversee the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns, from initial strategy and planning to hands-on execution and optimisation in platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Search Ads 360.

You provide strategic consultation and use your deep knowledge of the digital media landscape to provide proactive recommendations, troubleshoot complex performance issues, and identify new commercial opportunities for our clients.

You drive client success by partnering directly with clients and internal teams to deliver a high-level of service, ensuring campaigns are not only meeting but exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or business related subjects.
• 5+ years of relevant experience as an Digital Advertising Consultant or Specialist.
• Deep expertise in paid search: You must be highly skilled in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience with the full Google Marketing Platform: Knowledge of Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360 and Campaign Manager 360 is a strong plus.
• Understanding and experience with analytics platforms like GA4 and preferably CRM systems like Hubspot and/or Salesforce.
• Ability to spot commercial opportunities to extend partnerships with clients/agencies.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to stay on top of details.
• German: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English: Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills, proactive mindset and a problem solver.
