We are looking for you in full-time or part-time with at least 25 hours per week to strengthen our HR team at our locations in Hamburg, Husum, Cuxhaven, or Bremen.

YOUR TASKS

  • You will primarily handle the monthly payroll, taking into account legal and company regulations.
  • Additionally, you will support our HR administration in creating and managing employment contracts, contract amendments, employment references, and other HR-related documents, as well as evaluations, reports, and statistics.
  • With your extensive expertise, you will comprehensively advise employees and managers on various HR topics, particularly on payroll tax, social security, and payroll-related issues.
  • As part of the reporting and certification process, you will create HR-related documents and liaise with authorities, health insurance companies, and social security institutions.
  • You will oversee and accompany internal and external audits regarding pension insurance, payroll tax, and employer’s liability insurance association.
  • Furthermore, you will maintain and manage personnel master data, time management systems, and digital personnel files in our HR software rexx, and prepare data for the annual financial statements.
  • You will drive the development of our HR department and actively participate in payroll-related projects, such as digitalization or optimizing payroll processes.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in HR or payroll accounting.
  • Extensive, multi-year experience in payroll and HR administration, as well as profound knowledge of payroll tax, social security, and labor law, characterize you.
  • Additionally, you have experience with audits and reporting systems.
  • A confident handling of payroll software (e.g., DATEV, ADP, etc.) and MS Office completes your profile.
  • You have fluent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
