Join us as a Senior People Business Partner (m/f/d) in our People & Relations team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility. You will join the People & Relations Business Partner team alongside colleagues and report to the VP People & Relations.
With around 16 professionals in People & Relations located in Berlin and Hamburg, we support the company through three teams: Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Business Partnering . We aim to provide top-notch services, scalable concepts, and frameworks and act as sparring partners to foster a positive and appreciative culture.

What you will do
- You are a strategic partner to your assigned Business Unit Leadership team, providing insights on relevant concepts, strategies, and solutions.
- You drive and implement programs, initiatives, and solutions in your area, collaborating with people managers to support day-to-day leadership and organizational growth.
- You understand the needs of your business areas in terms of organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and capability assessment. You navigate a diverse stakeholder landscape and establish strong connections to drive the business’s future scale and growth.
- As a change agent, you communicate perspectives of change and guide processes to ensure optimal outcomes.
What will help you to fulfill your role
- You have several years of relevant experience as a People Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a tech company.
- You are experienced in larger corporate environments and working alongside a works council.
- You are genuinely interested in people and can act as sparring partner, advisor, and coach to support growth for individuals and the organization.
- You drive new frameworks, processes, and projects, aligning with senior leadership and obtaining buy-in.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, on greenfield projects, and can derive strategic people goals from business targets.
- You enjoy cross-functional collaboration and consulting business unit owners and team leads on strategic and operational tasks.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You are willing to meet stakeholders onsite in our Hamburg & Berlin locations regularly, with travel 1–2 times per month or more as needed.
Nice to have
- Background in Systemic Coaching/Systemic Design/Mediation and/or German labour law knowledge.
- Exposure to different international markets, ideally with a focus on tech and/or automotive.
