Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of the performance marketing strategy for Shark & Ninja in the DACH region. In this role, you will drive traffic, revenue and margin growth by developing and executing best-in-class marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver omni-channel performance and ensure our brands thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market.

What You Will Do

• Brief and collaborate daily with channel specialists and cross-functional teams (especially marketing – Media, IMC & Social) to drive omni-channel performance across all product categories
• Work with the marketing measurement team to adopt a data-driven approach to measuring and optimising performance
• Analyse and interpret performance data (daily/weekly/monthly) and deliver actionable insights; own the performance marketing narrative and manage senior stakeholders’ expectations
• Partner with marketing teams and paid channel specialists to plan and drive successful NPD launch strategies across all digital channels
• Champion digital marketing knowledge and best practices, integrating digital activities into omni-channel campaigns to support brand, category, regional and international objectives
• Build relationships with external partners including our media agency, Google, Meta and TikTok
• Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the marketing team, SS&A, creative, digital experience and more

What You Will Have

• Solid experience in multi-channel digital marketing (ideally in an eCommerce business)
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
• Excellent communication with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical, strategic and mathematical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Highly commercial and results-driven
• Ability to multitask and prioritise to meet multiple deadlines
