Responsibilities

• You are the owner for all pricing and promotional activities for your product families in domestic and international markets.
• Collaborate with product management teams and marketing colleagues to demonstrate ownership of pricing strategy by positioning the product, price and offer to grow IONOS market share.
• Map competitors in our markets and drive concepts to optimize campaigns, marketing measures and influence product portfolio positioning.
• Work on strategic product lines with top management visibility and strong growth ambitions.
• Define and implement pricing and promotional strategies to drive growth, revenue, and market share.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with product development, marketing, and sales goals.
• Plan, execute, and measure the success of pricing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop and manage pricing roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyse commercial performance metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition.
• Develop and implement counter-measures to address performance gaps.
• Design and execute promotion campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted promotional offers and messaging.
• Conduct external pricing benchmarks to stay ahead of competition.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and product strategies.
• Develop and maintain a benchmark on product/price positioning.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, marketing, or product management, preferably in the Information Technology /Technology industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills in German, French, or Spanish being a plus
• Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools for daily work, such as using Generative AI for market analysis synthesis or data modeling
• Curious, open-minded, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic environment
• Well-organized, hands-on, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Team player with strong collaboration and teamwork skills
