Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will:

1. Lead initiatives to optimize operational accounting processes, emphasizing risk mitigation and compliance.
2. Serve as the expert for maintaining and enhancing our global SAP template system and process models.
3. Provide insights through process and risk analysis, recommending innovative improvements to departments.
4. Drive pioneering projects in business process automation.
5. Create comprehensive process documentation and guidelines to uphold operational excellence.
6. Participate in international, cross-functional projects, applying your accounting expertise across diverse teams.

Qualifications

You will need:

• An educational background as an accountant (BilanzbuchhalterIn) or equivalent (e.g., Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling).
• Several years of practical experience in Finance, particularly in accounting processes and design.
• Solid experience in process analysis, especially with SAP-focused projects.

Personal Qualities

• An analytical thinker with a structured and efficient work style.
• Effective communication skills in both English and German.
• A passion for continuous improvement and innovation that inspires teams.
• Proficiency in SAP; experience as a key user or in project management is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
