(Senior) Producer (f/m/d)

If you love free-to-play games and want to be part of a cross-functional team working on an idle game played by millions daily, this is the role for you. Reporting directly to the Product Lead, you will plan and manage the workload of an agile team working on our live game "Idle Bank Tycoon." As Scrum Master and stakeholder communicator, you'll help us innovate in the mobile free-to-play market.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the daily workload of a cross-functional delivery team
• Enable your team to perform at their best
• Assist in high-level product roadmap planning with the Product Lead and stakeholders
• Create achievable production schedules in coordination with stakeholders
• Manage a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with game development leads to define and deliver content
• Improve team collaboration and processes continually
• Track and mitigate risks
• Share ownership of communication with other teams such as Ad Monetization, Marketing, Data, and Tech

Required skills

• 3+ years experience as a Producer in the mobile free-to-play market
• Experience across the entire game lifecycle from conception to release and LiveOps
• Experience managing a LiveOps game
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Strong project management, scheduling, and multi-team coordination skills
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and people skills
• Passion for free-to-play mobile games

Desirable skills

• Experience as a Producer in a LiveOps game
• Familiarity with Unity and Jira
