As we expand our impact, we're looking for curious, driven people who want to help modernize the financial ecosystem and support the small businesses that power the economy.</p> <p>About the role:&nbsp;</p> <p>We’re seeking a <strong>Contract Senior Product Designer</strong> to create intuitive, engaging, and secure user experiences for our partners and merchants leveraging our embedded finance products. You’ll design across both hosted and embedded solutions, and play a key role in launching new products.</p> <p>You will play a critical role in simplifying complex financial processes, ensuring accessibility, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. This role will work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless, user-centric designs for our responsive web applications.&nbsp;</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead 0 to 1 projects, designing new experiences from the ground up.</li> <li>Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.</li> <li>Create user-friendly, business-focused designs that align with brand guidelines.</li> <li>Conduct user research and apply data-driven insights to inform design decisions.</li> <li>Lead design workshops and review sessions to align on direction.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, guiding design implementation.</li> <li>Manage end-to-end UX project tasks with minimal supervision.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of Product design experience preferably in the fintech space.</li> <li>Expertise in Figma and Jira for design and collaboration.</li> <li>Strong experience with responsive web application design.</li> <li>Ability to work within and expand reusable design systems.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.</li> <li>Experience designing for business applications, ensuring intuitive UX for partners and merchants.</li> <li>Ability to be in-office at least 3 days per week&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Nice to Have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in B2C product design.</li> <li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end technologies</li> </ul> <p>Applicants located in the San Francisco Bay Area, the expected hourly range for this role is $70.00 - $95.00 USD per hour.&nbsp; Final rate may vary within the range provided based on prior experience, expertise, skills and other factors.</p> <p>At Jaris, our corporate culture is based on integrity, respect, collaboration, and transparency, which guide all aspects of our business.
