Your Mission:
As our Senior Product Manager - Growth, you will own and scale our e-commerce experience, ensuring frictionless, high-converting user journeys. You will lead growth initiatives, optimize acquisition funnels, and drive engagement across all platforms while expanding our e-commerce marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Own growth strategy & execution – Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention with data-driven experiments and A/B testing.
Optimize UX/UI – Improve navigation, performance, and conversions for a seamless shopping experience.
Lead data-driven decision-making – Leverage analytics, behavioral insights, and testing to refine product features and optimize KPIs.
Collaborate cross-functionally – You'll work closely with UX, design, engineering, and marketing to deliver impactful growth features.
Expand internationally – Develop scalable mobile strategies for new markets and localize experiences for different user segments.
Integrate performance marketing & SEO – Align growth initiatives with paid campaigns, organic search, and referral strategies.
