Senior Product Manager Digital Product

Overview

Senior Product Manager Digital Product role at Ford Credit involves developing and implementing a new digital financing system for dealers in Germany. You will act as the voice of our customers and dealers, identifying their needs and translating them into innovative, user-centric products. You will drive the product roadmap and ensure the successful launch and continuous improvement of our digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic product development and management for digital financial products in the B2B sector, specifically for the German market.


• Leading the entire product lifecycle – from conception to launch and optimization.


• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Sales) in an agile environment.


• Analyzing market and customer needs to identify problems and opportunities.


• Prioritizing the product roadmap to ensure maximum impact and value creation.


• Measuring and evaluating product performance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A completed degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.


• Several years of experience working with customer oriented products in a digital product team.


• Proven Product Management expertise in frontend digital services (ideally in a software/tech company), with strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.


• Proficiency in handling back-end applications, including an understanding of data flows, APIs, and dependencies within the tech stack, both internally and externally.


• Experience in matrixed team collaboration (including offshore engineering teams); effectively influencing and coordinating across various digital product services.
