As a Senior Product Manager you will own and influence the product strategy roadmap and GTM for two strategically important areas: EOR Growth (driving product-led growth to increase customer adoption) and Managed HR (a tech-enabled HR advisory service). You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, designers, engineers and subject-matter experts across the organization to ensure the fast delivery of a best-in-class experience to a global customer base while shaping how we gather customer insight, validate opportunities and scale tech-plus-service products.
You’ll directly influence how Deel scales two of its most important product areas working on challenges that span product strategy, service design and customer growth. You’ll have the scope to test and iterate quickly, introduce new customer insight practices and shape how tech-plus-service products are built and delivered at a global scale.
