Senior Product Manager (f / m / d)

Responsibilities

• Own long-term strategy and execution of EVA self-evaluation flows across web and mobile
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
• Translate customer / business needs into clear specs and lead end-to-end product development from ideation through post-launch optimization
• Lead cross-functional teams and align technical groups with business stakeholders across markets; partner with senior leadership to tie initiatives to company strategy
• Use analytics (user behavior conversion performance) to drive decisions and continuous improvement
• Engage customers and internal users to validate concepts and identify opportunities to apply AI / ML computer vision and other emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Product Manager in an Agile software development environment and strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without direct authority
• Excellent product development skills and an ability to lead an iterative software development team - evidence of creative thinking independent problem-solving effective troubleshooting team motivation and conflict resolution
• Ability to understand technical challenges work with complex data models effectively communicate with development teams and make educated trade-offs
• You have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses design experiments and interpret results
• You are an excellent communicator with a strategic mindset and ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision
• Background in automotive industry vehicle evaluation or marketplaces and an understanding of computer vision machine learning or AI applications in automotive is a plus
