About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the cross-functional team responsible for the entire Leasing business. You’ll own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution across consumer experiences, dealer tooling, and go-to-market — with a clear mandate to make our leasing offers the market leader. You’ll align customer needs, commercial goals, technology, and deliver measurable growth.

What you’ll do

• Own the leasing business end to end: discovery, delivery, operations, and continuous optimization across dealer, consumer, and partner touchpoints.
• Define and communicate a multi-quarter strategy and roadmap that grows market share, adoption, conversion, profitability, and customer satisfaction; align with company OKRs.
• Lead a cross-functional team (PMs, design, analytics; close partnership with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, legal, and finance).
• Build and optimize seamless dealer and consumer journeys, from offer creation to application, approval, and activation.
• Establish success metrics and operating cadences; use data, research, and experimentation to validate hypotheses and prove impact.
• Apply technology thoughtfully (including AI/ML where it adds measurable value) to improve decisioning, personalization, and efficiency.
• Secure resources, sequence work, and ensure accountability on roadmap and OKRs; communicate decisions with clarity and evidence.

What you bring

We value diverse backgrounds. You don’t need every box ticked, but success in this role typically includes:

• 6+ years in product management (marketplaces, automotive, fintech, or financing/leasing domains a plus).
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder products or businesses end to end, delivering adoption, conversion, margin, or market share gains.
• Experience mentoring PMs and driving cross-functional teams; comfortable being hands-on while setting direction.
• Strong data fluency: define metrics upfront, run experiments, partner with analytics and research, and make transparent trade-offs.
• Strategic, outcome-first mindset; skilled at prioritization under ambiguity and adapting plans as context changes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear, audience-appropriate communication.
• Bonus: experience with lender/partner ecosystems, credit decisioning, risk/underwriting workflows, or regulated environments.
• Proficiency in English and German (speaking, writing, and understanding)
