Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager, bridging the technical and commercial teams, leading the development and lifecycle of UNIO’s NTN-TN land mobility product. The ideal candidate will report directly to the CTO and lead a team of engineers. You will work cross-functionally across the CTO office with the commercial team, defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Product Manager is responsible for product development leadership, planning, execution, test support, and supporting the commercial market rollout of our NTN-TN land mobility platform throughout its lifecycle.

You will:

1. Act as the primary point of contact between development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables;
2. Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's goals, based on inputs from internal stakeholders, customers, market research, and industry insights;
3. Conduct market research and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and inform product direction;
4. Own and maintain the product roadmap, define detailed product requirements and user stories supported by internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases;
5. Gather and prioritize customer and external stakeholder feedback to enhance product features, performance, and usability;
6. Monitor product performance and work with development teams to iterate and improve based on data-driven insights;
7. Develop market forecasts and manage the successful rollout and customer deliveries of the product, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and KPIs;
8. Define, in collaboration with the commercial team, the key benefits and value of the product, translating customer requirements into development tasks and supporting marketing and sales efforts;
9. Lead a team of engineers, managing daily tasks, setting objectives, supporting career growth, and ensuring smooth team interactions.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communication Systems, or similar fields;
• 8+ years of experience in product management within the aerospace or automotive sector;
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across relevant market verticals and technical domains;
• Fluency in engaging across technical domains such as cybersecurity, AI, mobility architectures, RF, Cloud, NTN, and edge devices;
• Experience with project planning, Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management, and hands-on product development;
• Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Microsoft Suite;
• Understanding of technology stacks, APIs, and architecture;
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a customer-oriented approach;
• Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent in German and English;
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate, with on-site engagement required.
