About The Team

Welcome to our Release Experience team, responsible for delivering Miro’s features to customers quickly and reliably. Our goal is to create a smooth release experience for all Miro developers, ensuring fast, frequent, predictable releases with minimized blast radius. When issues arise, we mitigate them swiftly with roll‑backs and hotfixes, managing our CI/CD pipeline as part of the Developer Experience department.

About The Role

As the product manager, you will help steer the team toward the most impactful opportunities. By evaluating metrics, speaking with engineers, stakeholders, and experts, you will prioritize initiatives and assess impact before and after implementation.

What You’ll Do

• Own the levers that accelerate the entire Miro engineering organization (>600 engineers) and drive product strategy.
• Make difficult trade‑offs: improving the release dashboard UI vs. increasing deployment frequency, adding quality gates vs. faster hotfixes, automating environments vs. ensuring drift detection, reducing test time vs. maintaining reliability.
• Base decisions on metrics (deployment frequency, reliability, test coverage, incident rates), developer interviews, stakeholder priorities, and input from legal and security teams.

What You’ll Need

• Experience building products for developers, whether internal tools or developer‑centric products.
• Hands‑on knowledge of deployments, releases, and CI/CD.
• A motivation to uncover true impact across the organization, not just tool build.
• A commitment to delivering value for the organization rather than focusing solely on tool completion.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bonus: Experience developing and releasing software first‑hand.
• Bonus: Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for UX and data analysis.
