Senior Product Manager (Validator Operations & Staking) (EMEA)

We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive the development and scaling of validator operations and staking infrastructure across hundreds of blockchain protocols. In this role, you'll define product strategy, collaborate closely with engineering and validator operators, and build solutions that ensure reliability, security, and efficiency at scale. You will work within a distributed and innovative environment, leading high-impact initiatives in one of the most technically demanding areas of Web3 infrastructure. This is a fully remote position designed for those passionate about building resilient decentralized systems and shaping the future of staking.

Accountabilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for validator orchestration and staking management.
• Partner with users, validator operators, and internal teams to identify pain points and develop solutions that optimize node performance, uptime, and rewards.
• Lead the development of key product features, including deployment automation, monitoring, slashing protection, key management, and reporting.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with Agile practices.
• Balance technical depth with user experience to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient staking operations.
• Use data-driven insights to guide prioritization, continuous improvement, and measurable product outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure cohesive delivery and market impact.
• Conduct competitive research to identify market trends and areas for differentiation in staking and validator infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Web3, cloud infrastructure, or staking-related domains.
• Deep understanding of validator operations, staking workflows, slashing risks, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of various staking models (validator-as-a-service, DVT, restaking, liquid staking).
• Experience with validator orchestration tools, monitoring systems, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Solid understanding of system design, CI/CD, and container-based environments.
• Proficiency with SQL or scripting for data exploration and analysis.
• Proven success using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver complex technical products.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and leveraging data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in English within global teams.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools or experience in technical infrastructure teams is a plus.
