Senior Project Developer

Overview

My client is looking for a Senior Wind Project Developer to support the development of wind projects in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of onshore wind energy projects in Germany, from site identification to RTB.


• Manage and drive permitting processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and timelines.


• Stakeholder engagement, including municipalities, landowners, environmental authorities, and grid operators.


• Land acquisition and lease negotiations, in coordination with external and internal partners.


• No direct management responsibilities required; ideal for candidates focused on content-driven project development work.

Requirements

• Looking for a very senior profile, at least 8 years experience in wind energy.


• Within a commutable distance to the office in Berlin.


• Fluent in German and English.
