Responsibilities

• Invest and develop potential greenfield project opportunities for solar and BESS projects.
• Negotiate and build lasting relationships with landowners, investors and local authorities for lease or land acquisition
• Team management and business strategy making
• Ensure the success for the complete project development lifecycle
• Be the face of the organisation in Germany, providing expertise on the renewable energy space

Requirements

• Experience project development experience within the renewable energy industry
• Strong track record of spotting areas for new projects; securing new business across detailed sales cycles
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Professional in German and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive in approach to sales and project development
