Your Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on technical grid connections, especially VDE-AR-N 4110/ 4120 and related network operator negotiations and requirements.
• Support the wider teams in project management in certifying energy systems across BESS, Solar and EV Charging infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal departments and be the key liaison between planning, project management, commissioning, certifiers, suppliers, and grid operators
• Lead the technical design of Renewable Assets ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations
• Developing processes and internal standards for integrated feed-in and supply solutions, including charging infrastructure, Solar PV and BESS for utility scale applications

Your Profile

• A degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy systems or a related technical field
• Experience working with electrical networks and renewable energy systems
• Familiarity/ hand on experience with system certification processes and standards such as VDE-AR-N 4110 (and similar)
• A strong understanding of complex technical challenges and system-level design
• Understanding of low, medium and high-voltage electrical infrastructure
• A structured, independent, and detail-oriented work style
• Fluency in German
