Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager – Land Acquisition to join our client's dynamic team, focusing on renewable energy projects (primarily PV and BESS ) across the Hesse region.

Your Role:

• Lead and manage land acquisition activities for new renewable energy projects.

• Identify, negotiate, and secure suitable land plots for large-scale PV and BESS developments.

• Work closely with local authorities, landowners, and internal project teams to drive projects from inception to construction-ready status.

• Manage due diligence processes and contribute to the broader development strategy for the Hesse region.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in land acquisition, ideally within the renewable energy sector.

• Strong understanding of the German real estate and permitting landscape.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Hesse, with a deep knowledge of the local market.

• Fluent in German; English proficiency is an advantage.
