The concept enables safe and efficient hydrogen transport in today's fuel infrastructure, closing the missing link on the way to a sustainable hydrogen economy.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify new leads and develop them into project opportunities
• Lead and develop sales projects in the typical phases of the Stage Gate Model, from new customer acquisition to final investment decision
• Lead and implement feasibility and FEED studies to analyze complex, international hydrogen value chains
• Manage cross-functional internal and external teams in customer projects and coordinate technical and commercial project development
• Represent Hydrogenious to customers and other stakeholders, as well as at trade fairs and conferences
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and continuously monitor the hydrogen market

Requirements

• Degree: Diploma, Master's, or equivalent in Process Engineering/Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable course of study; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with several years of professional experience in the relevant field
• Professional experience: Experience in business development/project development/technical sales for innovative technologies and market development in an international environment
• Ideally, experience in plant construction or in the planning of capital-intensive projects in the (petro-)chemical industry or (renewable) energy sector
• Special knowledge: Practical experience in applying for public funding

• High motivation, willingness to perform, and drive to complete projects
• Quick grasp, structured thinking, and ability to quickly comprehend complex issues
• High affinity for sustainability, hydrogen economy, renewable energy, and cleantech
• Confident German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
