Your Tasks

• Further development and operationalization of the TÜV SÜD group strategy
• Leading strategic, international projects, e.g., for the development of business unit strategies, market entry initiatives, or the design of digital business models
• Analyzing relevant markets, competitors, M&A activities, and technological trends to derive strategic recommendations for action
• Conducting portfolio analyses and supporting the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition candidates
• Supporting strategic digitalization and innovation projects in close collaboration with operational units

Your Qualifications

• Completed university degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in an international top management consultancy or in in-house consulting
• In-depth experience in developing group and business unit strategies as well as managing complex international projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, also in an international environment
• High level of self-motivation, commitment, and leadership potential
