About the Role

At Logic Joe, project management is central to our projects and client relationships. We operate agile, cross-disciplinary teams, and promote a collaborative environment with both our team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand and independently manage complex web projects.
• Responsible for stakeholder and expectation management; act as interface to the project team.
• Lead Scrum meetings such as scoping, planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, either supporting or independently.
• Support actively as Scrum Master or Project Manager depending on the project context.
• Proactively develop client relationships.
• Ensure quality within sprint tasks.
• Handle monthly controlling, reporting, billing, and forecasting for projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or business administration field, or comparable qualification.
• Relevant experience in project management, Scrum, or as Product Owner, preferably in an agency or IT service environment.
• Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven experience in CMS and web projects.
• Optional experience with PIM, CRM, DAM/MAM, eCommerce integrations.
• Scrum certification is a plus.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Fluent in German and English.
