WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• Management of challenging e-commerce/platform and portal projects for well-known customers - including project planning, process analysis and technical consulting
• Management of international, cross-functional project teams consisting of technical and functional experts and external parties (up to 30 employees)
• Monitoring and quality assurance of project tasks
• Internal and external communication - from departments such as Delivery, Sales, Development to internal and external stakeholders
• Coordination and requirements harmonisation between the various stakeholders and technical implementation teams
• Controlling, progress and budget management

YOU ARE...

• experienced in managing complex digital and e-commerce projects in the customer business
• confident and communicative in dealing with customers, stakeholders and internal project teams
• solution-oriented and binding
• entrepreneurial with a keen sense of customer needs and business potential
• resilient, organised and able to set clear priorities in complex project situations
• enthusiastic about digital technologies, innovative e-commerce concepts and platform strategies
• committed to expanding long-term customer relationships and sales potential

YOU HAVE...

• technical IT know-how and are familiar with the topics and challenges of software projects.
• already managed first large and cross-functional project teams.
• sound experience in customer consulting and development (ideally with a technical and commercial background)
• sense of responsibility for the quality, budget and schedule of your projects.
• experience on the agency side or in a dynamic environment.
• basic, technical understanding of system architectures.
• assertiveness and can use this in the right places in the project.
• very good German and English skills (C1 Level).
• ideally already certified in project management

YOU ARE WELL VERSED...

• with common PM methods and tools (classic and agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile, etc.)
• with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence and digital collaboration tools
• with digital media and IT services
