Job Description:

We are seeking a professional to manage complex ASIC development projects for Consumer Electronics. The role involves overseeing projects with respect to scope, time, quality, and budget, coordinating tasks with internal and external stakeholders, including foundry partners, and reporting project status to relevant stakeholders. You will develop and implement recovery plans for unforeseen issues and lead, support, and motivate a cross-functional team in an international environment.

Qualifications:

• Personality: Enthusiastic, creative team player, willing to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment, assertive, and analytical.
• Working Style: Quality-oriented, independent, with clear stakeholder communication.
• Experience and Knowledge: Deep knowledge of mixed signal ASIC design and semiconductor processes; minimum 5 years of professional experience in IC development and leadership of technical projects.
• Languages: Proficient English (C1) and advanced German (B1).
• Education: M.Sc. / Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or comparable qualification.
