HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Holistic project management.
With your expertise in operational or strategic marketing you will be responsible for the development and successful implementation of suitable strategies to optimize marketing procurement for our clients. This includes analyzing and improving procurement strategies, optimizing cost structures, and implementing best practices tailored to industry-specific requirements.

Broad range of challenges.
You will manage a broad client portfolio and have the opportunity for project assignments for clients in various industries, including retail, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and many more.

Intensive customer consulting.
You manage various external and internal stakeholders and work closely with key contacts at our clients and BCG. Additionally, you conduct workshops and negotiations with your team and present the results to clients.

Specific development.
With your expertise, you drive the internal knowledge development in our Center of Excellence with a focus on Indirect Spend. First-class and diverse learning formats help you continuously expand your knowledge and personal horizons.

Far-reaching responsibility.
You will ensure that your team develops both professionally and personally. As a member of the Inverto management team, you will also help shape the entire company and provide the necessary impetus.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

University degree with above-average grades and 4-8 years of relevant professional experience in operational or strategic marketing or in consulting focused on marketing-related topics. Experience in sourcing related activities is a bonus.

You have already proven your analytical and conceptual skills at management level in demanding projects. You show full commitment, while being client-oriented and cooperative. You have shown that you can successfully lead teams professionally and personally.

Confident appearance in an international environment, business fluent in both German and English, flexible in your professional mobility.
