(SENIOR) PROJECT MANAGER OPERATIONS

Location: Flexible, permanently employed, with frequent on-site work at clients' locations during the week, typically in our offices in Munich, Cologne, or Hamburg on Fridays.

What are your responsibilities?

• Lead large, complex projects in operations independently, from conception to implementation
• Apply your expertise in Operational Excellence, Digitalization, and Production Strategy in client projects
• Actively participate in acquiring new projects, including proposal development and pitch management
• Engage in related projects in areas like Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Procurement
• Support the development of our consultants on projects
• Help sharpen our profile as a leading consulting firm in operations across key industries such as Automotive, Industrial Goods, Defense & Aviation

What do you bring?

• A completed master's degree from a reputable university, MBA, or PhD preferred
• At least 6 years of professional or consulting experience at a management consultancy or leading company
• Proven experience managing large, complex operational projects in leadership and project responsibility
• Deep understanding of operational processes across various industries, including production footprint optimization and digitalization
• Industry expertise in Automotive, Industrial Goods, or Defense & Aviation preferred
• Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus
• Strong analytical, structured working style, and good situational and interpersonal skills
