The work you’ll do…

• Lead scoping, planning, and delivery of enterprise client projects from onboarding to expansion.
• Act as the senior point of contact, ensuring alignment between client goals and technical solutions.
• Drive workshops and consult on best practices to maximize customer adoption and ROI.
• Manage full project lifecycles—timelines, resources, risks, and communications with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers and help mature delivery practices across the team.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to scope, plan, and oversee custom integrations, API connections, and product configurations tailored to client needs.

What you’ll bring to the team:

5+ years of project management experience delivering complex SaaS implementation projects.
Fluent in German and English
Strong client-facing expertise with enterprise accounts, ideally in retail, publishing, or marketing tech.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with C-level executives.
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Asana, Jira, etc.).
Technical and commercial acumen: familiarity with HTML, analytics, design tools, and business trade-offs.
Experience managing technical implementation projects involving integrations, APIs, and custom development within a SaaS environment.
