We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of innovative discrete consumer products for a US customer from start to finish. You will drive cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while navigating dynamic business needs. If you can manage ambitious schedules and collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities

• Manage development projects for Discrete Consumer Products from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans
• Lead cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Design, Test, Characterization, Quality, Front End and Back End teams, etc., and drive progress
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and timelines to fit dynamic business needs
• Analyze and resolve project-related issues using advanced problem solving and root cause analysis
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members and stakeholders

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), Physics, Chemistry, or a similar field
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with exposure to semiconductor technology, process engineering, test engineering or manufacturing operations
• In-depth knowledge of project management, with at least 4 years of experience leading cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity. IPMA C certification or equivalent is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges and make informed decisions
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and engage with senior management
• Fluent English communication skills, German as a plus
