Aufgaben

• As a Senior Project & Transformation Manager, working closely together with the group COO/CTO, you will drive the digital transformation and harmonization of consulting processes, enabling agile project delivery and operational excellence for innovative healthcare and life science solutions across Europe.
• Lead and coordinate transformation projects to standardize and digitize consulting processes.
• Drive the adoption of agile and dual project management standards.
• Support configuration and implementation of project management software (Kantata).
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration between IT, Finance, HR, and business units.
• Manage risks, align workstreams, and deliver high-impact reports to management.
• Collaborate with external service providers and ensure quality delivery.

Profil

• Master\'s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in project and transformation management, ideally in professional services and/or life science industry.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in different cultural settings.
• Fluent in English; German preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
