Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and development schedules.
  • Report regularly on project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior successful experience in securing minimum of 5 PV projects from origination into RTB (Ready to Build Stage)
  • Strong knowledge of permitting processes, land acquisition, and grid connection requirements in at least one European market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Europe.
  • Experience with hybrid renewable energy projects or battery storage integration.
  • Familiarity with European energy market regulations and incentives.
