How you will make an impact

• Own and implement the end-to-end quality strategy for onboarding new payment service providers (PSPs) and other third‑party partners.
• Design and build robust automation frameworks to ensure new integrations are reliable, performant, and delivered at speed.
• Serve as the quality advocate within the integrations team, driving a shift‑left culture and ensuring quality is built-in from the start.
• Mitigate business risk by preventing integration‑related production incidents and ensuring a seamless experience for our merchants.
• Directly support our company's strategic goals for system uptime and rapid ecosystem growth.

What we are looking for

• Ability to define and own the end-to‑end quality strategy for new integrations.
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks to support continuous delivery.
• Deep understanding of the full testing pyramid, including unit, integration, and end-to‑end (E2E) testing.
• Experienced in integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions.
• Strong communication skills, actively promoting a shift-left testing culture across teams.
• Pragmatic decision-maker who effectively balances software quality with delivery speed.
• Comfortable and successful working within agile, embedded, cross‑functional teams.
