Founded in 1999 by Rafał Brzoska, InPost provides delivery services through our network of over 50,000 Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and almost 35,000 pick-up drop-off points (PUDO) in 9 countries across Europe, as well as to-door courier and fulfilment services to e-commerce merchants. InPost’s lockers provide consumers with a cheaper and more flexible, convenient, environmentally friendly and contactless delivery option.

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll take on the challenge of:    

• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks. 
• Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Product Manager as well as Engineering Manager.  
• Contribute to technical leadership and help define strategic directions for the continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance area. 
• Design and execute end-to-end manual and automated tests for desktop and mobile web interfaces 
• Generate and manage test data to enable thorough and reliable software testing. 
• Track and report defects, providing clear, actionable insights to the development team. 
• Prepare detailed test execution reports, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement. 

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years in a testing role with hands-on frontend software testing experience. 
• Solid foundation in software development methodologies and a deep understanding of software testing principles. 
• Familiarity with JavaScript technologies, with a particular focus on React Testing Library. 
• Proficiency with Playwright or Cypress. 
• Knowledge of traditional software development processes and tools, including NPM and NX, Git, JIRA, Confluence, Code Reviews, and GitLab CI/CD. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Fluent English skills (B2+ or higher). 

Nice to have: 

• Experience testing mobile web views (e.g., in hybrid apps or mobile browsers) using emulation tools or real devices.
