Your Tasks:
• Drive Quality Excellence - Design and execute comprehensive test strategies based on release cycles and sprint objectives
• Collaborate & Lead - Work closely with cross-functional teams, test engineers, and managers to synchronize testing efforts across multiple projects
• Own the Process - Document testing activities, track progress, and provide clear reporting on quality metrics
• Mentor & Develop - Guide junior test engineers in exploratory and context-driven testing methodologies while sharing your domain expertise
• Stay Ahead of the Curve - Keep current with emerging testing trends and technologies to continuously improve our quality processes
• Partner for Success - Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance overall quality performance and establish critical quality documentation


Your Qualifications :
• Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on testing experience with strong manual testing expertise
• Proven track record in agile environments (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Experience with Windows desktop applications built using C# and WPF
• Proficiency with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Knowledge of BIM & CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit)
• Construction domain experience and digital layout software familiarity
• Automation testing skills (Ranorex, Python)
