The Team:
The Unison team is looking for an accomplished associate to become an integral member of the legal team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in M&A and corporate transactions, and will implement tools and processes that support strategic transactions. Reporting to the Managing Director, Legal, this role involves interaction with executive leadership and the core business operations team. The candidate should be able to independently see complex projects through to completion while maintaining professionalism in a dynamic environment.

The Job:

• M&A transactions, structuring and restructuring operations, and Luxembourg corporate law matters
• Advising executive leadership on public takeovers, private M&A, ECM, joint ventures, disposals, and governance issues
• Managing project delivery
• Drafting, reviewing, and amending documentation
• Legal research

Required Education and Experience:

• Qualified lawyer with 3-6 years of experience in Corporate M&A
• Strong knowledge of M&A legal frameworks
• Experience operating at associate level within a complex international organization
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to provide pragmatic solutions
