Responsibilities

• Be responsible for a compelling Candidate Journey – from talent acquisition to contract negotiation and creation
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process in your area – including interviews at all career levels and recruiting international partners
• Identify potential candidates, reach out to them, and build your own network
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers across different departments
• Identify market trends and translate them effectively to your area

Qualifications

• Successfully completed Bachelor or Master studies in Human Resources Management or Wirtschaftspsychologie
• At least six years of professional experience as a recruiter, ideally in consulting
• Experience with common applicant management systems and sourcing solutions
• Project management expertise
• Fluent German and English
• Curiosity for new trends and innovative recruiting approaches
