• Recruiting experience in active sourcing or HR, ideally within a startup, creator, or e‑commerce environment.
• Excellent communication and structuring skills; able to inspire others for our brand.
• Strong sense of people and an innate understanding of cultural fit.
• Fluency in German and good English. Entrepreneurial mindset, solution orientation, and readiness to scale with us.
• Passion for fashion, community building, and digital trends.
