Senior Relationship Manager – Private Banking / EAM

We are currently working with several leading Private Banks and External Asset Managers (EAMs) across Switzerland that are actively seeking entrepreneurial Senior Relationship Managers with strong, transferable client networks.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients through tailored investment and advisory solutions.
• Acquire new assets and client relationships through proactive business development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering high-touch, high-quality service.
• Ensure full compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Reports to the Market Head depending on the platform.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• A transferable book of client assets is essential (minimum CHF/USD 50M+ in Net New Money annually is the standard benchmark).
• Strong track record in asset gathering, revenue generation, and long-term relationship management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with in-depth knowledge of investment products and wealth structuring.
• Suitable for bankers seeking a flexible, client‑centric platform with strong commercial upside.
