Selby Jennings is currently working with an international bank based out of Frankfurt, on a Senior Risk Manager role.

This will be a hybrid position, where you will be able to work 2 days a week from home.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead analysis and oversight of market and liquidity risks.
• Enhance internal risk systems and strategies in line with regulatory standards (MaRisk, ICAAP, ILAAP).
• Deliver risk reports to senior leadership and regulators.
• Conduct stress tests and scenario analyses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Treasury, Compliance, and Credit teams.
• Contribute to strategic risk-related projects and audits.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or similarly related fields.
• Expertise in regulatory frameworks, i.e. MaRisk, CRR/CRD
• Proven experience working in financial risk management, within the banking/FS industry.
• Fluent in both English and German (min. B2).
