We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who’s ready to be our first local ambassador in Germany, someone who thrives in building from scratch, is trusted by clients, and excited to turn a high-potential market into a success story. Beyond the focus on the German market, your portfolio will include EU accounts to manage.

Frequent travels required in Germany, France and abroad
Your mission: build our success in Germany
As our first Sales Executive in the region, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from market activation to closing strategic deals with leading insurers.

What you bring:
A solid track record in B2B SaaS sales with a focus on new business with Enterprise clients
You’ve already closed 1M€+ACV deals and know how to navigate complex sales cycles
You’re a strategic hunter: structured, data-driven, skilled at consultative and challenger selling (experience with MEDDICC, Challenger, Value-Based Selling is a plus)
Deep knowledge of the German insurance ecosystem or adjacent industries (brokers, SaaS for financial services)
A solid experience in territory planning and forecast management
Native-level German and strong English skills are essential. French is a bonus
You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership
Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Notion, or similar is appreciated
