Senior Sales Manager (d/f/m) role at Entrix
Location: Munich, Germany
Your Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship, and convert early funnel leads into negotiations and successful contract signing
- Handle sophisticated and large client relationships
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the energy and battery storage space
- Ensure a smooth handover to the operations team and a successful go-live for every customer
- Act as a sparring partner for our customers and help them navigate the rapidly evolving storage market maintaining high levels of engagement and satisfaction
- Track activities and manage pipeline through our CRM system
Your Profile
- Mandatory Requirements: 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the energy industry
- Strong negotiation skills and proven track record of closing deals
- Experience working with a CRM tool, ideally HubSpot
- Experience in working closely with other departments such as tech and product to ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Full business proficiency in German and English
- Skills to Set You Apart: A deep understanding of and an extensive network in the energy industry, including battery technology, renewable energy sources, and the competitive landscape
- Knowledge of financial analysis and the ability to assess the financial implications of sales decisions, contracts, and investments
- Experience handling contractual matters, including framework agreements and partnership contracts
- This role may not be a fit for you if you prefer roles with limited customer and cross-team interactions
- You are not comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory and technical landscape
- You’re not passionate about the energy transition nor interested in building expertise in the rapidly evolving battery storage industry, especially in the Italian energy landscape
