Our client is one of Europe’s top 15 banks by market capitalization, known for its solid credit ratings and international reach. As part of its strategic expansion in the DACH and Nordics regions, the bank is further strengthening its Frankfurt office, which has significantly grown its corporate client base and business volume over the past four years.

To support this growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales – Trade & Working Capital Finance professional to focus on large corporates across the DACH and Nordics regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Trade Finance and Working Capital product sales across an existing portfolio of corporate clients, with a strong focus on transaction execution and delivering tangible results
  • Support the identification and onboarding of new target clients
  • Develop and present tailored solutions addressing clients’ trade and working capital financing needs
  • Lead the coordination, development, and implementation of new Trade & Working Capital products, in close cooperation with Head Office functions and in line with global new product approval frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Coverage Bankers and the Trade Middle Office to ensure a seamless client experience

Candidate Profile

  • University degree required; a master’s or postgraduate qualification is a plus
  • Several years of relevant experience in selling Trade and Working Capital solutions to corporate clients in the DACH and Nordics regions
  • In-depth knowledge of Trade Finance products (e.g., Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees)
  • Hands-on experience in Working Capital Financing (e.g., Receivables Financing, Supply Chain Finance)
  • Strong understanding of legal documentation related to trade and working capital solutions
  • Proven commercial acumen with a track record of revenue generation
  • Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and across cultural environments
  • Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written)
