As a Senior Salesforce Engineer at Zalando, you will design, build, enhance, and maintain existing and new Force.com applications used across Zalando's various business functions. You will challenge the status quo and help define best practices for our workflows.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Develop and refine the architecture of our multi-org Salesforce implementation, contributing to architecture and development discussions and decisions.
• Continuously optimize our systems and motivate your team to do the same.
• Promote sound development practices and ensure high-quality delivery of solutions.
• Participate actively in architecture and development decision-making processes.
• Embrace and promote agile methodologies within the team.
• Possess experience in package-based development, VS Code, SFDX, and the ability to analyze business processes, design CRM flows in Salesforce, and create custom solutions for specific requirements.
• Exhibit excellent conceptual and analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a desire to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Understand data sharing and visibility considerations in platform architecture, supporting large data volumes and adhering to best practices.
• Demonstrate high initiative and intrinsic motivation for continuous learning and development, with fluency in English.
